- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon wine, white
- 2 tablespoon cognac
- salt
- ginger
- Pepper White
- 2 teaspoons sambal oelek
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Cut the washed, dried pork tenderloin into thin slices. Mix the marinade in a spacious bowl. Fold in the meat and let it steep for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the meat with the marinade and fry for 5 - 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
- Side dish recommendation: lamb`s lettuce and baguette
