Instructions

  1. Cut the washed, dried pork tenderloin into thin slices. Mix the marinade in a spacious bowl. Fold in the meat and let it steep for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the meat with the marinade and fry for 5 - 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
  3. Side dish recommendation: lamb`s lettuce and baguette
