Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 papaya
- 200 g rapes, seedless
- 1 bunch rocket
- 1 cup yogurt, 500 g
- some sunflower seeds
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- Fat for frying

- Cut the chicken breast fillet into small cubes, season and fry. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat.
- Peel the papaya, cut in half, core and cut into cubes. Wash the grapes and cut them once. Wash the rocket and cut into small pieces.
- For the salad dressing, season the yogurt with salt, curry powder and sugar.
- Put the meat, grapes, papaya and rocket in a salad bowl, mix with the yogurt sauce and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
- You can also use other spices if you like.
