100 ml orange juice
some agave syrup

Instructions

Halve and core the pears. Divide the passion fruit, remove the pulp with a spoon. Mix passion fruit with orange juice and sweeten with thick juice.
Place the pears in a baking dish. Pour the exotic fruit mixture over it. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. Serve warm.
