Ingredients
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 200 ml passion fruit juice
- 1 liter ginger ale
- 1 ½ liter mineral water
- 1 lemon (s), juice and grated zest
- 1 lime (s), juice and grated zest
- 1 small pineapple
- 1 large can (s) cocktail fruits, exotic
- 12 cubes ice
- Sugar, to taste
- Orange peel

- Put the fruits and grated peel on top with lemon and lime juice as well as a little sugar and leave to stand in the refrigerator with 0.5 l of ginger ale for about 1 hour. Then add pineapple and passion fruit juice, the rest of the ginger ale and top up with soda water and ice cubes.
- Serve ice cold.
- As decoration, stick half a pineapple slice and a mint leaf on a cocktail stick and place in the glass. Cut the remaining pineapple into pieces and add to the punch.
