  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped flour
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped sugar or a few dashes agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped chocolate flakes
  • 1 pear (s) or apple or other fruit
  • 1 chocolate bar or dollop nut nougat cream

Instructions

  1. In a very large cup, whisk the egg with a fork or milk frother. Stir in the flour and sugar until you get a smooth batter. Fold in the coconut flakes, chocolate flakes and finely diced fruit. Put the chocolate bar in a central recess and cover with batter. Bake in the microwave for approx. 3 minutes at 800 watts. Attention, it opens up very strongly!
  2. Enjoy warm from the cup with a spoon.
