Ingredients

  • 300 g beans, white, dried
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 3 stalks sage, fresher
  • liter ⅛ olive oil
  • water for soaking
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the beans in water for a day.
  2. Drain the beans the next day, keeping ¼ liter. Put the beans together with the chopped garlic, the soaking water, olive oil, sage, pepper and salt in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven at 125 ° C for at least 3 hours.
  4. Tastes lukewarm as an antipasti with ciabatta.
