Ingredients

  • 0.25 ¼ cup oil
  • 0.25 ¼ cup vinegar
  • 0.25 ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice, fresher
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice, fresher
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, black, coarse, from the mill
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. One cup is equal to 250 ml.
  2. Soak meat (500 g steak or chicken fillet cut into strips) for the fajitas for at least 3 - 4 hours - but preferably overnight. For the fajitas, fry everything very well with 1 large onion (rings!) And a green pepper (strips !!).
