Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and onion and chop together with the parsley. Drain the chickpeas, add and puree everything together. Add flour with baking powder and season everything well with salt, pepper and coriander. The dough is relatively sticky.
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut into slices with the skin on. Put in a bowl and add the oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and the spice for fries. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the zucchini and onions and fry them separately in a pan with a little oil.
  4. Wash the lettuce leaves.
  5. Shape the chickpea batter into small balls. Put plenty of oil in a pan and fry the falafel in portions for approx. 5 - 10 minutes. Then place on kitchen paper that soaks up the fat
  6. Cut the burger buns open and briefly put them in the hot pan without oil and fry them until crispy (no more than 1 minute).
  7. Cover the underside of the burger bun with cheese, zucchini, lettuce, onions, falafel and burger sauce of your choice. Place the top of the burger bun on top. Serve with the baked potatoes.
