  • 300 ml kefir, 1.5%
  • 280 g plum (s)
  • 5 g iner, peeled, diced
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
  • 2 pinches vanilla pulp
  • 1 tablespoon honey

  1. Core the plums. Put the remaining ingredients in a blender jar and puree with a hand blender. Fill into two glasses and enjoy.
