Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), young
  • 5 clove (s) garlic
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 sprig thyme or rosemary

For the dip:

  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 5 radishes
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g yourt
  • 15 g chives
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes in a fan shape, spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with oil. Add the thyme sprigs and the pressed garlic cloves and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 - 45 minutes. Possibly baked with cheese for the last 15 minutes if necessary.
  2. In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the dip in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the potatoes.
