Ingredients
- 300 g crème fraîche
- 3 cups yogurt (cream yogurt)
- 150 g powdered suar
- 200 g raspberries

- Gently stir all ingredients except raspberries with a spoon. Pour into a cheesecloth (cloth diaper) and place this in a colander.
- Let drip out over a bowl in the refrigerator for approx. 16 hours. Put on a plate and garnish with the raspberries.
