Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cooked
- 300 g bratwurst, (Nurember rilled sausaes)
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 1 red pepper (s), diced
- 200 g broccoli
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons oil or butter
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 pinch (s) ground caraway seeds
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
- Peel and dice the boiled potatoes. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the Nuremberg all over. Then remove from the pan and cut into slices and fry again in the pan.
- In the meantime, bring the water for the broccoli to a boil in a saucepan and cook it just barely.
- Add the potato cubes to the pan with the sausages and season with the spices. Add the onion and peppers and cook in the pan for about 3 minutes. Drain the broccoli, cut into small pieces if necessary and cook in the pan for another 3 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish and pour in the mixture. Mix the eggs with the milk and season with salt, pepper and a little paprika and pour over the mixture.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
