Ingredients
- 400 g tomato (s), (field tomatoes), eihths
- 1 cucumber (s), peeled and sliced
- 250 g onion (s), red, peeled and sliced
- 100 g olives, black
- 4 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, (wine vinegar)
- salt and pepper
- 200 g feta cheese, cut into cubes
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, dried

- Arrange the first four ingredients on 4 plates.
- Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, wine vinegar, salt and pepper into a marinade and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle the feta cheese with the remaining olive oil and oregano and pour over the salad.
