Ingredients

  • 1 point salad, (plucked salad)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 200 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch radishes
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), red
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 teaspoon herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion (s), red

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets with cold water, pat dry and cut the surface 3-4 times. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Core the chilli pepper and cut into rings and sauté in a pan heated with olive oil. Now add the meat and fry on both sides for about 3-4 minutes. Then wrap the meat in aluminum foil and let it cook in the oven at approx. 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Now the salad can be prepared. To do this, put the lettuce in a bowl and wash and cut the remaining ingredients. Dice the feta and add everything to the salad in the bowl. Finally, add a tablespoon of olive oil, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, the Italian herbs, salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix everything well and let it flow through. Carefully remove the meat from the oven, cut into strips and arrange on a plate with the salad.
