Ingredients
- 500 g spaetzle, homemade or bouht
- 1 can sauerkraut, small
- 100 g bacon, finely diced
- salt and pepper

- Fry the bacon in a large pan in a little butter. Add the sauerkraut and some water and simmer for a few minutes. Then add the spaetzle and stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
- Tip: If you don`t make the spaetzle yourself, you should buy fresh ones from the cooling shelf.
