Ingredients

  • 500 g spaetzle, homemade or bouht
  • 1 can sauerkraut, small
  • 100 g bacon, finely diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon in a large pan in a little butter. Add the sauerkraut and some water and simmer for a few minutes. Then add the spaetzle and stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Tip: If you don`t make the spaetzle yourself, you should buy fresh ones from the cooling shelf.
