  • 150 g tuna in its own juice (can)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 small bell pepper (s), red
  • 75 g peas, frozen
  • 75 g corn
  • 75 g beans, reen, frozen
  • 50 ml chili sauce or salsa sauce
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the beans in the microwave. Drain the tuna.
  2. Chop the spring onion and paprika and fry in the oil. Add the peas (not defrosted), green beans and corn and heat. Add the tuna and sauce. Mix and heat. Finally add the chopped chilli pepper and season with salt.
