Ingredients

  • 300 g flour type 405
  • 250 ml milk, room temperature
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 70 g salami or ham

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients in a bowl with a KitchenAid and a flat beater for about 3 minutes.
  2. The loaf pan with baking spray or similar. grease and place the dough in the loaf pan. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at around 200 degrees for 30 minutes and then turn it out onto a cooling rack with kitchen paper.
  3. The bread also tastes good if you add ham, mushrooms, peppers, etc. instead of salami. This creates a nice pizza bread.
