Ingredients

  • 500 ml currant juice (nectar), red
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 500 g berries, mixed, frozen
  • Cream or vanilla sauce

Instructions

  1. Measure out 125 ml currant nectar and mix with the custard powder. Bring the rest of the nectar with the sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Stir the mixed pudding powder into the boiling juice and bring to the boil again. Stir the frozen fruits into the juice. Put everything in a bowl and chill.
  2. Serve with cream or vanilla sauce to taste.
