  • 1 ring / s meat sausage
  • 4 onion (s), red
  • 8 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin from the meat sausage and cut into thin slices.
  2. Peel the onions and cut into cubes.
  3. Place the sausage slices on a plate and sprinkle the onion on top.
  4. Mix vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to a marinade and pour over onions and sausage slices.
  5. A fresh sandwich goes well with it.
