Instructions

  1. Put the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and gradually stir in the liquid, cooled fat and milk. If you want to bake raisin bread, mix in the raisins and sugar at the end.
  2. Put everything in a loaf pan and bake at 175 degrees for about 60 minutes.
