Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, fresh and thick, cleaned and the inner skins peeled off
  • salt
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, (wine vinegar)
  • 1 handful coriander greens, the leaves torn off
  • 4 spring onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Briefly boil the beans in salted water, drain and drain well.
  2. Mix the beans, garlic, vinegar and oil. Let cool down.
  3. Arrange the bean salad on plates and sprinkle with the coriander leaves.
  4. Young, very tender spring onions can be placed whole on the plate. It is better to cut thicker, older bars into fine rings.
