Ingredients
- 400 g carrot (s), cleaned
- 2 large fennels, cleaned
- 1 onion (s), peeled
- 2 teaspoons, leveled sugar
- 1 tablespoon, leveled mustard
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 6 tablespoon oil (rapeseed or walnut oil)
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, finely chopped

- Grate the carrots, finely chop the fennel and onion.
- Mix sugar, mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper. Add vinegar and stir. Finally add the oil and stir well again.
- Mix the ingredients and pour the dressing over them. Mix everything. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
