  • 2 apples
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the fennel - cut into small cubes. Peel oranges and apples - dice. Mix everything in a bowl. Make a sauce from sour cream, oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Mix finely chopped cooked poultry meat and sauce into the salad.
