Instructions

  1. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and remove all fat from the ham, wash the salad and prepare it as normal with vinegar and oil!
  2. Then roll the cheese cubes in the ham and fry them briefly (approx. 4 minutes) in olive oil until you notice that the cheese is hot but the ham is not burnt - so turn it often!
  3. Place the lettuce leaves on a large plate and then place the fried ham filled with feta on top.
  4. I would recommend a stick baguette with it! Good in the evening because the salad doesn`t have a lot of calories!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
