Ingredients

  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • Herbs as required, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Ground cumin
  • Pepper, black, ground
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • salt
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the feta with a fork and mix with the cream cheese. Add herbs and spices to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 teaspoon of mustard and stir.
  2. Press the garlic (I usually use a lot - between 5-6 cloves) and mix in.
  3. Tastes great with baguettes, on fresh bread or as a party bite on crackers.
