Ingredients

  • 1 glass tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
  • 0.5 ½ feta cheese (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil with herbs (if possible from the pickled tomatoes)
  • possibly cream cheese as required
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs, Italian style

Instructions

  1. Chop the dried tomatoes and place in the blender. Crumble and add the feta. Add a little oil and puree everything until it is creamy.
  2. Possibly add a little more oil or cream cheese to make the consistency creamier. Season to taste with salt and pepper. A little Italian herbs also give the whole thing a nice touch.
  3. Serve with fresh baguette or flatbread.
