- Chop the feta cheese in a blender, hand blender or, if necessary, with a fork. Mix the crumbled feta with the cream cheese.
- Crush the required amount of rocket in the blender and add to the feta and cream cheese cream. The amount of rocket can be more or less than 1 handful, depending on personal taste. Crush the clove of garlic in a garlic press or grate it and mix it with the cream. Finally, season the cream with salt.
- Tastes wonderful on a fresh roll or baguette or as a dip for vegetables.
