Ingredients

  • 500 g feta cheese
  • 200 g herb quark
  • 1 can olives, black, pitted
  • 200 g natural yourt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta cheese, chop the olives, press the garlic, and carefully mix with the other ingredients. Chill for approx. 2 hours.
  2. Fits ideally with grilled food but also as a spread or dip with raw vegetables, crackers, etc.
