Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g feta cheese (oat or sheep)
  • 3 slices ham (country ham)
  • 2 tablespoon herbs (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a 26 cm frying pan. Puree the feta cheese with the eggs, pour into the hot fat. Spread 2 tablespoon herbs over it and let it set a little. Put the country ham on top.
  2. Turn the heat down a little, put the lid on and let the egg mixture set.
  3. Finally cut it in half for 2 people, but one of them can do it comfortably.
  4. Own recipe.
