  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 3 teaspoons ajvar, spicy version
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red, diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 stems parsley, smooth

Instructions

  1. Mash the sheep`s cheese with a fork and stir in the sour cream until smooth. Add the chopped paprika, ajvar, crushed garlic and chopped parsley and mix well. Tastes good with flatbread.
