Ingredients

  • 350 g turkey schnitzel, cut into strips
  • 150 g pasta (Mie-)
  • 2 tablespoon oil, for frying
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 3 spring onions, cut into 2 cm pieces
  • Cut 1 medium red pepper (s) into strips
  • 200 g Chinese cabbae, cut into strips
  • Dice 1 piece (s) ginger root, approx. 2 cm fine
  • Tbsp soy sauce
  • Chili sauce, sweet and hot

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package and let it drain.
  2. Season the meat with salt and cayenne pepper and sear in the hot oil for about 3 minutes, remove and set aside. Put everything from spring onions to ginger into the frying fat and stir-fry for approx. 5 minutes. Then add meat and noodles, add chilli and soy sauce and continue frying for 4-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
