Ingredients
- 600 g mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella)
- 6 fig (s)
- 12 slices Parma ham
- 8 breadsticks
- 2 tablespoon pine nuts
- some thyme, some fresh twigs
For the dressing:
- 80 ml olive oil
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey (acacia honey)
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- some salt and pepper

- Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Rub the figs, remove the stem and quarter the figs.
- Roast the pine nuts in a coated pan without fat. Arrange the mozzarella, figs and ham with the breadsticks decoratively on plates.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing, season to taste, drizzle the salad ingredients with them, serve garnished with pine nuts and sprigs of thyme.
