Ingredients
- g 1,000 fi (s), fresh
- 1 shot red wine
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
- 200 g mustard, medium hot

- Puree the figs with the red wine with the blender, stir in the sugar and cook for about 5 minutes while stirring over high heat.
- Stir in the mustard and briefly bring to the boil again.
- Fill immediately into twist-off jars and close.
- Makes about 8 glasses of 200ml each
