Ingredients

  • g 1,000 fi (s), fresh
  • 1 shot red wine
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 200 g mustard, medium hot

Instructions

  1. Puree the figs with the red wine with the blender, stir in the sugar and cook for about 5 minutes while stirring over high heat.
  2. Stir in the mustard and briefly bring to the boil again.
  3. Fill immediately into twist-off jars and close.
  4. Makes about 8 glasses of 200ml each
