  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon seeds, as a topping, e.g., chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds etc.
  • some herbs, as a topping, e.g., mint, basil, etc.

Instructions

  1. Brush the slice of bread with the ricotta. Cut the fig into slices and spread on the bread. Drizzle the honey over the bread and decorate with a topping of seeds, stones and herbs.
