Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 g Goronzola (cream Goronzola)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g fi (s), ripe

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and add. Add the egg and salt. Work everything into a smooth dough with a dough hook. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in foil and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Puree the cream gorgonzola and sour cream with a mixer. Whisk and mix in the eggs. Season the mixture with a little salt and pepper. Wash the figs and cut in half lengthways. Place the dough in a prepared pie form and prick the base several times with a fork. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on top and place the figs in with the cut surface facing up. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 40 minutes. Take out and serve lukewarm or cold. Mixed lettuce goes well with it.
