Ingredients

  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 60 g butter, soft
  • 1 point flavor, (lemon sugar)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 120 grams flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 300 g Nutella
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 point flavor, (orange sugar)
  • 200 g nuts, chopped or almonds
  • Cake icing, chocolate (slightly warmed)

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients (up to baking powder) and then chill for 1/2 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough 3-5mm thick on a floured work surface. Cut out circles with a diameter of 5cm. Cut out a small circle in the middle.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook for 10-12 minutes. bake, remove and let cool.
  5. Now stir in the Nutella, butter and orange sugar until you have a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture into a cake syringe, place a large spout on it and garnish the cookie circularly and then press it into the chopped almonds or nuts. If all cookies are ready, they are covered with the heated chocolate icing.
  6. Place the chocolate iced cookies on baking paper and briefly put in the refrigerator.
