  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • 1 pot basil
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • olive oil
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into 1 1/2 - 2 cm thick slices and fry briefly in hot oil while turning. Remove from the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  3. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Grease a gratin dish and layer the fillet, mozzarella and tomato slices in a fan shape. Place the basil leaves between the slices.
  4. Drizzle the gratin with a few drops of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 ° for 10-15 minutes.
  6. White bread or ciabatta and salad go well with this.
