Ingredients

  • 300 g pork, chicken breast or beef fillet (2-3 pieces)
  • 100 g ham, raw
  • 150 ml sweet cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 bag / s soup (onion soup)

Instructions

  1. Wrap the pork fillet with the ham and place in a greased baking dish without frying. Stir the contents of the bag into the cream and the (cold) water and pour over the meat. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Baguette or rice and mixed salad go well with this.
