Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s), peeled and peeled
  • 600 g pumpkin (se), Hokkaido, pitted and cut into pieces
  • some rapeseed oil
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 2 vegetable onion (s), diced
  • 1 bunch soup greens, cleaned and chopped up
  • 1 liter broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • cumin
  • Chilli, ground
  • Worcestershire sauce or Maggi
  • Sausages, fine or sausages in slices or smoked pork, cooked and cut into pieces
  • Parsley, chopped or dried

Instructions

  1. Sweat the bacon, onion and soup greens in the hot fat. Add the potatoes and a little later the pumpkin pieces and pour the broth on them; Simmer everything until soft, approx. 20 - 30 minutes. Season to taste with all the spices, puree to taste.
  2. Heat slices of sausage or pieces of meat in it.
  3. Serve garnished with parsley.
