Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 180 g butter
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 50 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Jam (orange jam)
  • Cocoa powder
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients from flour to salt into a smooth dough and then chill for about 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough on a board and cut out circles or flowers or any shapes. Cut out a small circle in half of the biscuits. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for about 12-15 minutes.
  3. Brush with jam when cold and put a perforated biscuit on top, dust with icing sugar or cocoa powder. Store cookies in a tin lined with aluminum foil.
