Ingredients

  • 500 g quark, preferably with 40% fat
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 packet herbs, (e.g. 8 frozen herbs mixture) OR:
  • 50 g herbs, mixed, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled salt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 small onion (s), finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a bowl and stir well. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Mix again and then serve.
  2. Delicious with bread or vegetable sticks or as a side dish for grilling.
