Ingredients

  • 375 g butter
  • 190 g suar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 500 g flour, sifted
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy. Add sugar and egg yolks. Stir for 15 minutes. Add the sifted flour and let it harden as a lump in the refrigerator.
  2. Roll out 0.5 cm thick. Cut out the cookies and brush with the egg yolk. Bake at 170 degrees for about 5-8 minutes until golden.
