  • salt
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • 25 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon syrup
  • little nuts, grated

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the turnip and cook in lightly salted water until soft.
  2. Drain and puree.
  3. Let the breadcrumbs swell in the cream and mix with the puree.
  4. Beat the eggs and stir into the mixture with the syrup and nuts. Smooth out with a little cooking water if the mixture is too thick.
  5. Butter an ovenproof dish, add the mixture and dent the surface with a spoon. Cook for about 1 hour at 175 ° C.
