Ingredients

  • 500 g noodles, pasta
  • 500 g salmon, (frozen)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • dill
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small Can (s) peas
  • 100 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Thaw the salmon, then cut into cubes and drizzle with the lemon juice.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the salmon in it and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In the meantime, bring the water for the pasta to a boil.
  4. When the salmon is seared on all sides, add the sour cream and mix everything together well. In the meantime, put the peas in a sieve and drain them well and add them to the salmon sauce.
  5. The sauce is then seasoned again with dill, pepper and salt and seasoned and the whole thing is simmered over a low heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, let the pasta cook.
  7. Finally, add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and let everything simmer for another 3 minutes.
  8. Drain the pasta well and rinse with cold water. Spread on plates and pour the salmon sauce over them.
