Ingredients

  • 250 g spaetzle
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 200 g tomato (s), passed
  • 100 g ham, raw
  • 200 ml white wine
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder
  • 100 cheeses, Gouda, grated
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the bell pepper, pat dry and remove the white side walls. Cut the ham into strips.
  2. Prepare the spaetzle according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat with the peppers, onions and ham. Season with salt, paprika and pepper. Add the tomatoes and the wine and let simmer briefly. Season everything well again.
  4. Then mix the spaetzle with the minced meat sauce in a baking dish. Spread the grated cheese over it and then bake the casserole at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
