Ingredients

  • 500 g spaetzle
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaetzle in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, clean the leek and cut into fine rings. Heat the butter in a pan and steam the leek in it, season with salt and pepper. Add the ham cut into strips and sauté.
  3. Layer the leek and ham mixture alternately with the drained spaetzle in a greased baking dish, sprinkling each layer with cheese. Finally, put cheese on top and bake everything in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
