  • 500 g spaetzle, cooked
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • some sunflower oil
  • some butter or margarine for greasing

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion. Cut the meat loaf into cubes. Heat some sunflower oil in a pan and fry the onion cubes until translucent.
  2. In a greased casserole dish, mix the spaetzle, meat loaf cubes, onion and some grated cheese together. Scatter the rest of the grated cheese on top.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven with top and bottom heat at 180 ° for approx. 45 minutes.
  4. A mixed salad is best served as a side dish.
