Ingredients

  • 2 pollack fillet (s) (150 g each)
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, mixed (frozen)
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 6 tablespoon cheese, grated (32% fat in dry matter)
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon, season with salt and pepper. Scald, peel, core and dice the tomatoes. Crush the clove of garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the garlic and tomatoes, stir in the herbs and tomato paste and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Put the fish fillets in a baking dish. Cover with the tomatoes. Mix breadcrumbs with cheese and sour cream and pour over the tomatoes. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (gas: level 3) for 35-40 minutes.
  4. This goes well with rice and a colorful leafy salad.
