  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 100 g crème fraîche léère
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the cleaned pumpkin and finely chop the onions. Sauté together in oil. Then mix thoroughly with salt, pepper, a little lemon juice, crème légère, dill and breadcrumbs.
  2. Grease a flat baking dish and put in the fish fillets seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly on top and cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection 160 ° C) for 30 minutes.
