Ingredients

  • 800 g fish fillet (s), (preferably redfish)
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 1 glass mango chutney
  • 1 apple
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 30 g almond (s) (flakes), toasted
  • Lemon juice, for souring

Instructions
